Restaurant Pizzeria La Rada, is a culinary icon in Riva Trigoso. Back in 1988, the current managers took over the reins of this historic establishment on behalf of their father, the legendary pizza maker Alfonso Pastore, known in the town as 'Il Maestro pizzaiolo'.

His mastery of creating fragrant and delicious pizzas soon became a signature recognised throughout the community.

Alongside the famous pizzeria, Alfonso and his wife Silvana Esposito, a tireless and creative cook, consolidated the restaurant's reputation by offering excellent Ligurian cuisine with land and seafood specialities that have made Ristorante Pizzeria La Rada a gastronomic landmark. The family culinary tradition has been handed down through the years, and even today Silvana is the restaurant's cook, preserving authenticity and genuine flavours.

Today, the restaurant is run with passion by her son Lorenzo, heir to this rich gastronomic tradition. With the support and help of his mother Silvana, Lorenzo continues to carry on the legacy of the 'pizza Maestro', offering a menu full of complex Ligurian pizzas and specialities from the past, in a perfect combination of tradition and innovation.
